Original data report
Provider facts snapshot for globally mobile workers
This report turns our canonical provider records into a small, auditable research snapshot. It describes the evidence currently recorded on Nomad Stack Compare; it does not claim hands-on testing, universal availability or a definitive market ranking.
Quick answer
17 of 19 tracked providers have region-dependent availability in the current records. That is the most useful finding: a recognizable brand name is not proof that a product is available to a particular resident. Eligibility still needs an official, country-specific check.
What the recorded data shows
Every number below is calculated from the downloadable snapshot, not entered as a marketing statistic.
Availability is usually conditional
17 of 19 records are marked region-dependent; 2 are recorded as broadly available. Residence, documentation, destination and product tier can still change the answer.
Source density is visible
The snapshot records 70 official pages, or 3.7 per provider on average. All 19 tracked providers have at least two recorded sources.
Confidence is not certainty
16 records are marked high confidence and 3 medium confidence. Confidence describes the editorial record, not future eligibility, price stability or service quality.
Coverage by category
This is an editorial sample of the products represented on this site, not a census of the market. A larger bar means more records in the dataset, not a better or more popular category.
How to interpret the snapshot
- Use the report to find where an official eligibility check matters most, then open the source index or provider review.
- Treat “region-dependent” as a prompt to check residency and onboarding rules. It is not evidence that a product is unavailable.
- Compare the snapshot ID and last-checked date when citing or reusing a number so later revisions remain distinguishable.
Method in plain language
- The site stores one canonical facts record per tracked provider. Editors record official URLs used for availability, pricing, terms or product details.
- This page counts those records deterministically during the build. Unknown values stay unknown; missing facts are not inferred from another provider or an affiliate page.
- The CSV and JSON contain the same snapshot ID, record set and source URLs, so every headline number can be reproduced.
Limitations that matter
- This is not a randomized market sample, user survey, hands-on product test or live provider feed.
- Fees, limits, eligibility, coverage, rewards and insurance terms can change after the recorded review date.
- A recorded official source supports the facts record but does not endorse the provider or guarantee that the page remains unchanged.
Download and reproduce the findings
Use the stable snapshot ID when quoting a finding. The raw files intentionally exclude affiliate URLs and personal data.

Fact sheet for journalists and researchers
These are the defensible, dataset-derived angles. They are deliberately narrower than market-size or “best provider” claims.
- 17 of 19 tracked provider records describe availability as region-dependent.
- 70 official pages support 19 provider records in this snapshot.
- The largest represented category is crypto cards with 7 records; category size reflects this site’s coverage, not market share.
When publishing a number, link to this report, name the snapshot ID, state that the sample covers tracked providers on Nomad Stack Compare and preserve the limitations above.
