RedotPay is a custodial Visa card that spends crypto and stablecoin balances held in the RedotPay app: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP and a few others. It states coverage of 100+ countries, but the US, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other listed jurisdictions are restricted, with separate lists by citizenship and by location. It suits stablecoin holders in supported countries who want a card with a one-off issue fee and no monthly charge.
Costs (as of 24 Aug 2026): the virtual card costs USD 10 and the physical card USD 100, with no monthly, annual or card management fee. New cards issued since 21 January 2026 settle in USD: payments in USD carry no RedotPay FX fee, other currencies cost 1.2%, and a 1% crypto-conversion fee can also apply. ATM withdrawals cost 2% up to USD 10,000 a month and 3% above that, plus any fee the ATM operator charges.
Optional RedotPay Pro costs USD 12.90 a month or USD 129 a year (as of 24 Aug 2026). It adds 3% cashback on Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases, capped at 18 USDs a month, and the annual plan waives RedotPay’s ATM fee on up to USD 1,000 a month (as of 9 Sep 2026). Pro renews automatically, and its cashback cannot be withdrawn and normally expires after 30 days.

What are RedotPay ATM fees?
On USD cards, RedotPay charges 2% on withdrawals up to USD 10,000 a month and 3% above that; older HKD cards pay 2% (as of 24 Aug 2026). The ATM operator can add its own fee. Annual Pro members have RedotPay’s ATM fee waived on up to USD 1,000 a month (as of 9 Sep 2026).
Is RedotPay available in the US or Russia?
No. The US, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other listed jurisdictions are restricted (as of 24 Aug 2026). RedotPay publishes separate lists of unsupported citizenships and restricted locations, and KYC is required.
Is RedotPay Pro worth it?
Pro pays 3% on Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases up to 18 USDs a month (as of 24 Aug 2026), a cap you reach at USD 600 of such spending (3% × 600 = 18). On the monthly plan at USD 12.90, the cashback exceeds the fee only above USD 430 a month of Apple Pay or Google Pay spending. The cashback cannot be withdrawn and normally expires after 30 days.
